If you're young and married then this is the place to be. YaM's is a multifaceted ministry that focuses on the needs of couples and couples with kids. In this far too hectic world where far too many demands are made upon us when do we have the time to build a relationship. This is what YaM's is all about. Our goal is to grow our relationship, first with Christ, second with our family and finally with a community of believers whom are at the same stage of life.

A typical evening at YaM's begins and ends with food and fellowship. This provides a casual time to unwind and connect with friends. The central portion of the class is a lesson that addresses issues that are relevant to us now. These can range from personal finances & relationship building to kids & missions. This is followed by discussions in small groups aimed at giving everyone a chance to express themselves and to find ways to set in motion the things that we learned. We have also recently added a time of worship and praise that seems to get everyone hopping.

We meet on the first and third Friday of every month (Sept to June) at 7:00 pm in Founders Hall. Childcare is provided for these classes only. There are also a number of social events trough out the year including a retreat, a Christmas party and multiple B.B.Q's.

The second facet of YaM's is the Women of Couples meeting. Held on the second Saturday of each month (all year round) the ladies meet at a member's home for fellowship and study. This is a time of inductive bible study, verse memorization, book study and discussion. There is also optional participation and an accountability partners program. The goal of WoC's reflects the over all goal of the ministry, to strengthen our relationship with Christ, our husbands and other women. Ladies, this is the place to be.
The third facet of YaM's is the Men of Prayer meeting. We meet every Saturday that the WoC's do not. This is a time of intensive prayer for the family and silence before God. Men, if you need a time of peace in your life then this is it. We meet at 8:00 am in W4. Please join us.
