Discipleship

Gerry Morneau and Don Sickle are the leaders of our Inductive Bible Study Small Groups that meet in homes on a variety of evening during the week. The small group leaders are trained to lead inductive Bible studies through Precept Ministry seminars and our own small group dynamics training course.

When a new convert has been taken through the discipleship program, we introduce them to inductive Bible Study with older Christians in one of these groups. The objective here is to develop individual skills in Bible study techniques and to integrate the new Christians into Body of Christ locally. At present, there are seven such groups being held during the week with a plan to split these into two groups each very soon.
