Children's Ministry

For the children, Sunday is an exciting time of learning, sharing, and growing as the faithful and dedicated staff and volunteers provide ministry in a safe and reliable atmosphere.

Jesus said… “Let the little children come to me…” – Mark 10-14

It is our goal to help equip children to; Love Jesus, Serve Jesus and Share Jesus with the world.

Nursery  

The purpose of the nursery is to provide a safe and comfortable place for our infants and toddlers. This allows you to relax and enjoy the ministries knowing that your child is cared for in a loving Christian environment.  

Infants (0-12 mo.) are looked after in the nursery in the west hallway
Toddlers (12-24 mo.) have their own room off Founder’s Hall
Nursery ministry provided each service.

Sunday School

In the morning, children learned the joy and value of worshipping in the community of faith in a program geared to their developmental needs. Sunday School provides a rich learning experience in the Word of God using methods best suited for the various ages and individuals represented.

Preschool (2-5 years)
The kids meet in their class room for the full time of the service and learn about Biblical Truth, The Bible, God’s character, Christian character, worship and much more.

School Age (6-12 years)
The kids meet for the first 30 minutes in Founder’s Hall for a corporate worship time called “Let’s Worship!!.” Then they divide into age appropriate groups to study the Bible.

These classes are available during both Sunday main services (9:15 a.m. & 11:15 a.m.)

Sunday Evening Children’s Ministry

Reverent Worship, warm community and great teaching too!  This describes all that happens at “Peoples” on Sunday night - and the kids are no exception!

After worshipping as a family in the main sanctuary, the kids are dismissed to:

“Teaching Time” is for children 4 - 7 years of age.  At “Teaching Time” your child will receive solid teaching using stories, play, science, and music to learn about their Great Big God.  We have an excited ministry team who are enthusiastic about providing quality content in a safe and enjoyable environment.
